Kevin Kos is a bartender with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Despite earning a degree in civil engineering, he decided to pursue a career in bartending. His passion for the craft of mixology was recognized when he won his first cocktail competition in Slovenia. Many more happened soon after. During the pandemic, he started a YouTube channel called "Cocktail Time with Kevin Kos" with his friends. For the past three years, they have been posting videos regularly, and since the channel has gained over 200k subscribers. The channel is popular among both cocktail professionals and home enthusiasts who want to learn how to prepare cocktails with a culinary approach. Kevin has shared over 150 craft cocktail recipes on the channel and Instagram, and he believes that "knowledge grows when it is shared". One of his most notable contributions to the cocktail industry was introducing the "Super Juice" to a wider audience. He also developed a calculator to make it easier to use. Today, 500 bartenders from around the world use the calculator on a daily basis. Kevin was also selected into the top 100 most influential bartenders, and as the first Slovenian to do so, he now sits at 42th place in this renowned publication.
