Emanuele “Lele” Mensah is a bartender, drinks creator, author, and founder of Liquid Nation and Asase. His career has taken him from Italy to the UK and Australia, including roles at Lyaness and the Connaught Bar in London. In 2025, he was honoured to be named World Class GB Bartender of the Year, finished in the Top 3 at the World Class Global Final, and received the Person of the Year award from Be Inclusive Hospitality.
