Matteo Mosetti, originally from Rome, has worked in some of the finest bars across Italy, the United Kingdom, and Japan, gathering over ten years of experience. He is currently the European Brand Ambassador for Giffard. Traveling across the continent, his daily mission is to connect, educate, and inspire bartenders by sharing Giffard’s unique know-how. Most recently, Matteo has been focusing on the future of the bartending industry — particularly on the rapidly growing trend of Alcohol-Free Mixology, using the award-winning Giffard Alcohol-Free range as his tool of choice.
