Mike Kassabian is the Executive Beverage Director at the Pic Group, overseeing bar operations across all Pic locations, which collectively hold 10 Michelin stars in France and internationally, including the three-star restaurant in Valence. He discovered his passion for gastronomy in his father's restaurant over 20 years ago and fully committed to the culinary and beverage world, developing a singular approach to mixology. After winning several awards, Mike worked as a chef in multiple Michelin-starred kitchens, refining his culinary techniques and incorporating them into his cocktail creations. Since joining Pic Valence in 2021, he has collaborated closely with Anne-Sophie Pic to craft complex pairing programs that harmonize with the chef’s culinary universe, while creating cocktails with intricate garnishes using his skills as a chef.
