Nikos Ginargyros, born & raised in the “exotic” island of Paxos, has been active in the hospitality industry for 11 years. Since 2013, he is the Bar Manager/Co-Owner of Porto Vecchio in Paxos and recently, the founder of a new bar venture, Plum (Sun & Sips since 2023). He holds the title of World Class Bartender Of The Year 2021 for Greece. He is a Graduate of the University of Ioannina, Department of Computer Science & Engineering. Last but not least, since 2018 he has been involved in brewing with his own small project, called "Islanders".
