Rob has helmed some of Ireland’s top cocktail bars and developed a deep love for Irish whiskey, partnering with Teeling Whiskey since 2012. Since becoming their Global Brand Ambassador in 2018, he’s passionately promoting Irish whiskey worldwide—winning the title of World’s Best Irish Whiskey Ambassador and inspiring a global revival with a toast in each hand.
