
I was born in Corfu in 1988 — an island deeply connected to tourism and hospitality, elements that may have foreshadowed my path. Since 2007, I’ve found myself behind the bar — a place where creativity meets communication. Over the years, bartending has become my form of expression, an art that blends flavors, stories, and people. Since 2016, I’ve had the honor of being the bar manager and co-owner of “Gorilla Bar,” a space born out of passion, ideas, and hard work. There, every night feels like a new stage — full of rhythm, energy, and inspiration. For me, a bar is not just a workplace; it’s a living organism where people and drinks come together to write their own small story each time.
