
Zak is a bartender from a small town in the UK called Malvern, who left his job as a fish monger behind in 2021 to move to London, where it didn’t take him long to discover a passion for hospitality. He started his journey at Seed Library just over 2 years ago, where he has evolved from learning the ways of service to taking lead on prep, all while growing a passion (obsession) for flavour, fermentation and dealing out unreasonable acts of hospitality.
