El Pandillo is a tequila created in partnership with renowned third-generation master distiller Felipe Camarena, combining deep-rooted tequila tradition with a distinctive and innovative approach to production. Made at Destilería El Pandillo in Jesús María, Jalisco, it uses 100% blue agave from the Highlands and respects traditional methods, while embracing creative techniques and a strong commitment to sustainability. From traditional brick and stone ovens to innovative milling and fermentation processes, every step is designed to preserve character, flavour and authenticity. The distillery is powered by solar energy and uses rain, spring and deep-well water, reflecting a genuine commitment to the environment. Carlos Londono, the brand owner who brings extensive tequila knowledge and experience from launching several brands in the UK, is leading the launch of El Pandillo, bringing his expertise and passion to the brand.
