Achilleas Chatzis, just 25 years old, is Bar Manager at The Patmians on Patmos. Although a Polytechnic graduate, since 2019 he has dedicated himself professionally to food service and hospitality, driven by his passion for service and for creating memorable experiences. He started out at Casablanca Social Club in Thessaloniki and gradually developed in bartending, with Hive2o.skg as a key milestone along the way. Today, through The Patmians, he aims to combine creativity, communication, attention to detail and Fine Drinking and Fun.
