Having worked alongside founder Osman Baycan for over five years, Can has played a key role in bringing Bar Gabriel from an idea to an internationally recognized destination. His involvement goes beyond the bar, from developing cocktail menus and representing the team at international guest shifts to shaping the everyday guest experience.
