Daniel Waddy is the lead author of Roundbuilding, a book that delves into the practical side of cocktail bartending. Currently celebrating twenty-three years behind the bar, Daniel believes that traditional methods are still as relevant as ever in the evolving world of modern bars. Daniel spent a long period at London's Milk & Honey, a mainstay of the venue's members-only Red Room, and was responsible for group-wide beverage quality as head of bartender training and education. He has now worked with Kevin Armstrong for over a decade at the multi-award-winning Satan's Whiskers.
