Dmitriy Poli is the founder of Covor Bar in Chișinău, a concept bar that reimagines Moldovan culture through modern mixology, and of the MUMA PADURII hospitality group. With 18 years in the bar industry, he is MAR Bartender of the Year (Restaurant Association of Moldova), a winner of Negroni Week and Hennessy MyWay, and trained at El Copitas. He has completed internships and competitions in 8 countries. Covor Bar is a SHIFT Impact Collaborator, connecting the Moldovan bar scene with the international community.
