Fabienne Makhoul soon holds a PhD in food studies & journalism and is co-founding, together with Gabriel Daun, a platform dedicated to translating hospitality science research into practical knowledge for the industry. She works as a chef in a progressive fine-dining restaurant where the same team runs both kitchen and floor — and has spent years working in and researching on hospitality and all things bar & restaurant.
