Giacomo Giannotti is an award-winning Italian bartender and co-founder of Paradiso in Barcelona, crowned The World's Best Bar in 2022. Originally from Carrara, Tuscany, he discovered his passion for hospitality in his family's gelateria. After four years developing his craft in London, he moved to Barcelona, working at the W Hotel and Ohla Hotel before opening Paradiso in 2015. Known for his imaginative cocktails and innovative approach, Giacomo combines technical creativity with warm Italian hospitality. Through Paradiso Lab, he explores new ingredients and techniques, while championing sustainability and sharing his expertise through masterclasses and guest shifts around the world.
