Gregory Buda spent eight years as training manager at The Dead Rabbit in New York, named World's Best Bar in 2015 and 2016. In Montréal he is co-owner of the award-winning Bisou Bisou and Director of Systems and Training for the Good Hospitality Collective, its parent group. Through Tangerine, his hospitality consulting and education company, he works with bars around the world, installing systems to recruit, train and hold on to talented staff.
