Gregory J Buda

Gregory J. Buda is the co-owner of the award-winning bar Bisou Bisou in Montréal, as well the co-founder and education chair of Montréal Cocktail Fest. Previously, Greg spent eight years leading education and training at New York’s The Dead Rabbit, winner of World’s Best Bar in 2015 and 2016. He also runs Tangerine Consulting, developing training programs for bars around the world. Holding a PhD in Plant Biology from Cornell University, Greg applies a scientific approach to hospitality, education, and consulting.
