Julio Mnenei is an experienced hospitality professional with over 25 years in bar management, staff training and hotel consulting. He has worked as Bars Manager at luxury resorts such as Ikos Porto Petro and Ikos Andalusia, and today is Bar Development Manager for the Ergon group, applying his expertise to operations and guest experience. As a trainer at Bar Academy Hellas he has trained dozens of professionals, specialising in service, menus and operational management. He has consulted for businesses in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Spain, Italy and Turkey, and has served as a brand ambassador for drinks companies, representing international spirits brands. He has won distinctions in international cocktail competitions and takes part in leading events such as Athens Bar Show and Salonica Bar Show.
