Kiril Hadzhiev is the founder and owner of Phi Cocktail Bar in Sofia. With over 12 years in hospitality, he has built his career around creativity, precision and a deep respect for cocktail culture. For six years he was Head Bartender at Cosmos, widely regarded as one of Bulgaria's leading fine-dining restaurants, where he refined his approach to flavour balance, technique and guest experience. He then spent two years as Bar Manager at Sputnik Cocktail Bar, shaping the bar's direction and building a strong team, many of whom later joined him in his next venture. After a shift in Sputnik's concept, he decided to pursue his own vision, which became reality in 2024 with the opening of Phi Cocktail Bar, a space built on balance, creativity and modern cocktail hospitality.
