Marcello Toscano brings over eight years of hospitality experience to The Spy Bar at Raffles London at The OWO. His career includes working at Scout under Matt Whiley and Rich Woods, followed by leading the opening of Mi Bar at Noble Palace, where he helped develop the beverage programme and train the team. He later became General Manager of A Bar with Shapes for a Name, overseeing operations and team development. Reuniting with Sotiris Konomi and Davide Sinibaldi at The Spy Bar, Marcello combines creative expertise with operational leadership and a passion for developing exceptional bar experiences.
