Márcio Silva is an internationally recognized Brazilian bartender, entrepreneur, and hospitality consultant, known for his work in the global bar industry. With over 20 years of experience, he founded the award-winning Guilhotina Bar. After selling Guilhotina during the pandemic of 2020, he opened Exímia in São Paulo in 2024, which was ranked No. 20 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2026. Márcio is also a TV presenter and is preparing to launch SANTA, Brazil's first alcohol-free spirit made with adaptogenic ingredients. He is also a partner in Baker's Bar in Montevideo, Uruguay.
