Michail Angelos Zeimpekis has been working in the hospitality industry since 2011, transitioning into the bar sector in 2019. As a member of the R&D team at Line Athens, he specialises in fermentation, fruit wines and innovative beverage development, contributing to the venue's internationally acclaimed cocktail programme. He is also a co-founder of Line Operations, consulting on hospitality concepts and beverage programmes in Greece and abroad.
