Nikos Triantafyllou is Global Head of Bars at Scorpios. He joined Scorpios Mykonos as a bartender in 2018, became Head Bartender in 2019 and since 2023 has overseen beverage programmes, training, recruitment, operations and new concepts across Scorpios venues worldwide. He was previously Bar Manager at Nōema Mykonos, where he built a sustainable, locality-driven bar concept linking kitchen and bar, worked as mixologist and bar consultant at Soho House Berlin, and consulted for Adjara Group in Tbilisi (Stamba, Rooms) on menus, costing and bottled hotel mini-bar drinks. His signature cocktail Hermanos made him a European finalist in the Bacardi Legacy competition.
