Octavian Emilian is a bartender and bar manager from Chișinău with over 12 years in hospitality. He leads the creative direction of Covor Bar, overseeing the beverage program, team development and the bar’s R&D lab, where Moldova’s identity is translated into contemporary cocktails and guest experiences. A former competitor, now a judge, mentor and industry event organizer, he has represented Moldova through guest shifts across Europe. He is also Brand Ambassador for Finlandia Vodka in Moldova.
