Panagiotis Vitalis started off in 2009 and had his first coffee at Starbucks. Things have evolved since then: after lots of barista shifts, competitions and trips to origin, he has landed at Area51 Coffee Roasters as Specialty Coffee Executive. He has also been a barista instructor at Bar Academy for the last 10 years.
