Tsvetan began his career behind the bar in 2007 in Sofia. A few years later he deepened his interest in cocktail culture and became part of the first team at Sputnik Cocktail Bar. He later worked as bar manager at Cosmos Restaurant, before returning to Sputnik Cocktail Bar as bar manager. Today he is co-founder of 3oz, a cocktail bar that operates without a traditional menu: drinks are created individually for each guest, based on their tastes and preferences, turning every visit into a personalised cocktail experience. He is also involved in the development of a new cocktail project in the heart of Sofia, aimed at evolving and elevating the city's cocktail culture.
